About Me
Karmen Wong BA Hons; Educated in the lively musical system of Hong Kong, I am trained in the Chinese system. Currently I am offering fun-packed piano lessons for beginners and early graders of all ages. After I have finished my current course of higher education, I will be opening up to teach the higher grades as well.
Lessons normally take place at my home. Due to the current situation, current lessons could proceed online via Skype or Zoom if requested.
I have wide experience of tutoring adults and children of all ages in piano and Chinese language. I am a patient, friendly encouraging teacher. I have had the pleasure of supporting my own daughters, who have been playing the piano since the age of 4. I specialise in beginner and early grade learners of all ages and have a fun-packed approach with children. Being a mother of two small children myself, I am aware of their need to enjoy their learning content. I believe that teaching children to not just be listeners, but encourage children to be the creators and the producers of music. Working together to Create Great Musician!
